Paul Florimbio, owner of Orioles Nest 331 Turning a blind eye to sexual predator bouncer/doorman

Paul Florimbio, a partner at FandS Insurance Services, Inc, is the manager/owner of the Orioles Nest 331 on 1037 W. Patrick Street in Frederick, Maryland a bar where the bouncer/doorman is a sexual predator preying on innocent women and children. As his wife I have personal knowledge that Jeff Mallery offers to drive women home just to rape them and am in a current lawsuit with his landlord for his sexual predatory nature and the injuries that I have suffered. I have been contacted by several of his victims, yet Paul Florimbio continues to employ this man and he is a danger to women and children. BeWARE. He has also assaulted multiple customers while he was on duty because he was on drugs and alcohol. I also have personal knowledge because I am his wife and witnessed him drinking during duty while at the bar and found drugs in our apartment. This bouncer/doorman should not be working around women who are intoxicated as he will wait for them to be left alone and drive them home and sexually assault them. Of course, Jeff Mallery denies these claims, but again, I have personal knowledge of these events as his wife and several witnesses who will testify in a court of law if necessary. The federal case number is 1:23-CV-01591 in the Baltimore District Court of Maryland. This case is pending against Mr. Mallery’s landlord for him being a dangerous condition on a property where he is residing because of his sexual deviant behavior on the property and claims that he is a danger to women and children.
