Is the Orioles Nest 331 committing crimes?

Paul Florimbio, the owner of the Orioles Nest 331 has been threatening me with legal action for outing him as a charity scam. Well I can’t help that the IRS records says you have not filed forms 990 since 2016 and your tax exempt status has been revoked.. Paul Florimbio, take that shit up with the IRS. I am not defaming or slandering you, I am simply informing the public about what appears to be a sham organization. So if true this means you are raking in cash tax free and your charity is defunct and that’s a crime. I love how people who just commit intentional and not so intentional random acts of crime blame other people for their behavior.. SMH
